How can I take the test myself?
Log into your account and select the area that interests you: Personality Test? Management Test ? Test de management outils de formation diagnostic collectif(=MyCampus Management)? Once you are in your favourite area, click on the blue button (on the right) “Take the test yourself”
How does the assessment work?
- It should be carried out in a single sitting, in calm conditions and without untimely interruptions. As with any traditional test, spontaneity is recommended.
- How long does a test take? 23 minutes on average
- I’d like to take the 2 tests: management and personality. Is that possible? A single questionnaire allows you to consult different results. If you took the personality test first, after consulting your results, go back to the home page and click on the “Management test” area. Then click on “consult results”. You will then have access to your management results.
- Is training required to read and use the test results? It is highly recommended, and easily accessible. Online training allows you to get started quickly, and you can register several times. You can register via your account or below. There are new courses every week.

I want to consult test reports. How can I see the results?
Your “Personality Test” area gives you access to test reports for 15 days to familiarise yourself. Take as many tests as you like. The other areas (Management Test and Growth Diagnostic) allow you to take a test free of charge, and to view the training kits for your training and coaching sessions. Start an initial assessment to discover all the tools.
- I’d like a shorter test report to share. Is that possible?
There are several test report formats. Click on CONSULT REPORTS, then on the eye, and you’ll have access to shorter or longer report formats depending on your needs.
I want to carry out a Diagnosis of all the managers in my company. How do I go about it?
Your “MyCampus Management” area is specifically dedicated to this purpose: you will have individual and collective reports, and a personalised training kit for each manager assessed.
I want to train managers after the assessment. What do you offer?
You can use the training booklets available in “MyCampus Management” after you have carried out their assessment. Then click on “SEND TRAINING KIT”.
While you are waiting for a training course to be set up, which can sometimes take quite a long time, you can provide an initial level of information, reflection and training.
I’d like to measure the effects of training or coaching. Is this possible?
Yes. You carry out the first evaluation, then the second after the training or coaching. We recommend waiting 3 months before carrying out the second evaluation. You’ll be able to measure the individual and collective gaps. In the MyCampus Management area of your account, you can measure the development of a whole group of managers (up to 500 managers).
